A long-bred variety, submitted to the Seed Savers Exchange in 1996 by Carolyn Male of Latham, NY. Mrs. Carolyn had received the seeds earlier from Georg Korbel in East Virginia. The fruit is large, often exceeding half a kilo, with a delicate skin and very fleshy. Flesh color - pink-red. The fruits reach maturity about 80 days after planting. High-growing plant, requires staking or tying.
