The "Dark Brandy" tomato is a variety with a unique, intense flavor that combines sweetness with a subtle hint of acidity. The fruits of this variety are dark, primarily in shades of mahogany and purple, typical of tomatoes referred to as “black.”

It is a late-season variety, beginning to bear fruit approximately 85–90 days after transplanting. “Dark Brandy” is characterized by large, fleshy fruits weighing up to 400–500 grams, which withstand transport very well. Due to its juicy texture and rich flavor, it is ideal for salads, sandwiches, and preserves such as sauces. The plant requires staking or support due to its tall growth and abundant yield.
