Dark Brandy tomato is a variety with a unique, intense flavor, combining sweetness with a delicate note of sourness. Although its name may be associated with the Brandywine variety, Dark Brandy is not directly related to it. The fruits of this variety are dark, mainly in shades of mahogany and purple, typical of tomatoes referred to as black.
This is a late variety, starting to bear fruit after about 85-90 days from planting. Dark Brandy is characterized by large, fleshy fruits weighing up to 400-500 grams, which tolerate transport perfectly. Due to its juicy consistency and rich flavor, it is perfect for salads, sandwiches, and also for preserves such as sauces.
