One of the varieties of green tomato with the largest fruit, such as beefsteak. Individual fruits can weigh over 600 grams. A very strong plant, fast growing and fertile. The fruit is intensely green, very fleshy with very little seeds. The skin on the fruit is very delicate, be careful not to cause bruises. Overripe tomatoes turn orange-yellow. One of the tastiest green tomatoes, honored with the 2003 Heirloom Garden Show's tastiest tomato title. A late variety, it reaches maturity after about 85 days after planting.
