A Ukrainian tomato variety originating from Odessa, with potato-like leaves and beautiful, glossy, almost lacquered pink beefsteak-type fruits. The fruits are exceptionally fleshy with very few seeds, highly aromatic, and have an exquisite flavor dominated by sweetness. The fruits on the clusters are uniform in size, weighing approximately 0.4 kg to 0.5 kg, though significantly larger ones up to 0.8 kg are also found. A valuable variety well worth recommending. Very good and reliable yields.
The name commemorates Olena Warshova of Odessa, from whom the seed stock distributed in collections originated. Large, pink fruits and potato-like leaves create the distinctive combination of this Ukrainian variety.
