Creamy Sausage. A unique variety of creamy-white tomato shaped like a sausage, 5–7.5 cm long. The distinctive fruits taper to a point at the tip. Very tasty, sweet, and perfect for snacking. A bushy plant that doesn’t require staking, ideal for pots on balconies and patios.
The variety was bred by Tom Wagner under the name Banana Cream. In 2004, Baker Creek introduced it to the market as Cream Sausage—hence both names are found in sources. The light-colored, elongated fruit perfectly captures the essence of each name.
