Carbon is one of our darkest beefsteak tomatoes. The purple-brown fruits weigh 250–350 g, have thin skin, and very meaty, delicate, creamy flesh. Their rich aroma and full flavor are best enjoyed when sliced fresh.
The plants grow vigorously and tall, so they require sturdy support. We harvest the seeds traditionally from plants grown without the use of chemical pesticides.
