Flavor Profile

The flavor profile describes the overall taste experience characteristic of a given variety. It includes sweetness, acidity, aroma intensity, juiciness, fleshiness, and aftertaste. It is the flavor profile that makes two varieties with similar Brix levels taste completely different.
