Variety introduced into sale in 1950 by Asgrow, bred at the University of California in Los Angeles, considered the most resistant of all non-hybrids (F1), not only resistant to VW, FW1, ACS, but additionally its fruits have very high resistance for cracking. Perfect for trade, it can withstand transport. Plants high, strong, require ligating, the fruits ripen after about 80 days. One of the very few varieties with red fruits with a reduced content of acids.
