A wonderful, medium-hot pepper with very large pods. The fruit is about 30 cm long. width approx. 6 cm. The largest of hot peppers. On the SHU scale, it ranges from 500-2500 units. The fruit with quite thick walls are crunchy, very pleasantly sweet, which gives a great flavor combination. Perfect for sandwiches and simply perfect for stuffing mozzarella! The fruit ripens about 85 days after planting.
