Hippie Zebra is one of the newest, very unique tomato varieties, which has gained recognition due to its unusual colors and exquisite taste. The fruits of this variety are of the beefsteak type, medium-sized, weighing from 150 to 500 grams. Characteristic irregular stripes in green, red, yellow, and sometimes brown give the fruit a unique appearance. The skin of the fruit is thin but durable, and the interior is equally impressive, multi-colored - pink, green and red, which adds additional attractiveness.
The taste of the fruit is sweet-wine, with a slight acidity, which makes this variety excellent for salads and for eating raw. The plants are very productive and grow high (indeterminate type), require tying, and the first fruits ripen after about 80-85 days from planting in the ground.
This variety, although relatively new, quickly gained popularity among gardeners, mainly due to its impressive appearance and excellent yield.
