Groundcress is a real vitamin bomb. The scale of sharpness and taste resembles a radish. A plant worth recommending for gourmets of spicy spices and additions to salads, pestos and sandwiches. Earthcress is a fast-growing plant - after 30 days from planting seedlings, you can pick up whole rosettes of round, smooth - like waxed, crunchy leaves, spicy in taste - sharp, very pleasantly stinging.
