The fight for the right to produce and distribute (give away or sell) seeds from our own crops continues. The oppressive legislation pushed through since the Law and Justice party came to power benefits only large multinational corporations, completely ignoring the public interest, the needs of small-scale farmers, gardeners, enthusiasts, and hobbyists, and violating current EU law.
Sales in our store have been suspended until the inspection is completed. As a reminder, the inspection of our farm has been ongoing for 15 months now. This is what life is like in the Law and Justice state. All entities engaged in the same activities as our farm have already been destroyed. We still refuse to give up—we will not allow a farm that has existed for nearly half a century to be shut down in the name of servility and the private interests of officials from the ruling party and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
