Ladies and Gentlemen,
One of the biggest barriers facing online commerce is the Internet itself—or, more precisely, the computer screen. On the one hand, it offers many possibilities: thousands of stores at your fingertips, a vast selection, and low prices; but on the other hand, it imposes significant limitations. Unlike traditional retail in a brick-and-mortar store, there is no opportunity for direct contact between the buyer and the seller here. All the magic that comes with a face-to-face meeting—exchanging views, asking questions, offering advice on gardening, or sharing interesting recipes—disappears, leaving only a dehumanized website. It’s true that you can ask the seller a question, but can this be considered a personal encounter? Our goal is to bring our experience and the nature of our relationships with customers from our local market into the online store. For us, the market will always be associated with the buzz of conversation, so we are pleased to announce that work on our own discussion forum has been completed!
Currently, the Forum is divided into the following sections:
- Comments and Questions / Forum – A place to ask questions related to how the Forum works.
- Comments and Questions / Store – Here you can ask questions related to the store’s operations.
- My Garden / How to Grow? – A place for advice on sowing, transplanting, and harvesting vegetables.
- My Garden / How to Protect? – Here you can ask questions if your crops are attacked by an unknown disease.
- My Garden / Kitchen - We always spend a lot of time here, especially during the season when we can finally enjoy our own vegetables! We invite you to share your own recipes!
Of course, the list of available forums isn’t exhaustive, and if needed, we’ll add more!
We try to keep the forum’s design consistent with the store’s style, but there’s an important note regarding logging in. Having an account in our store does not automatically mean you have a forum account. To use the forum, you must create a separate account there (preferably with a different password than the one used for the store). We’ve adopted this approach for two reasons:
1) Not all of our customers will want to participate in the Forum
2) Security considerations. If the Forum is hacked, our customers’ data will remain secure.
