One Trick Pony is a unique beefsteak tomato variety bred by Canadian Karen Olivier. The fruit of this variety is large, weighing from 400 to 700 grams, with dark purple skin and lighter, purple flesh. These tomatoes are very sweet and fleshy, making them ideal for salads or sandwiches. The plant is tall and requires tying, which makes it resistant to various growing conditions. The fruit ripens after about 80 days. Thanks to its properties, One Trick Pony is an interesting alternative to other pineapple-type varieties, such as Ananas Noire.
