The name of this bell pepper is derived from the name of a mountain in Argentina, where this variety originated. Talking about the fruits it is difficult to use another word than huge, their length can be up to 30 cm. To avoid peeling off the clusters or even breaking the plants, it is necessary to tie them up. The fruits have an intense flavor, and their size makes them perfect for sushi, for example, where they easily reach the width of a nori strip. The exquisitely sweet fruits reach maturity about 75 days after planting in the ground.
